Birth & postpartum
Birth and postpartum care
Giving birth and entering the fourth trimester can feel particularly vulnerable for many. The weeks and months following birth are an overwhelming adjustment to a new normal. If you think you are experiencing symptoms of postpartum depression or anxiety, or simply want to explore your new role as a parent, therapy offers a safe space to discuss sensitive topics.
Virtual counselling means you don’t have to leave your home – or even your bed, allowing for more consistent support.
Don’t forget, your baby is always welcome to attend!
